Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• Items are guaranteed to arrive within 10 business days (two weeks). If a sooner date and/or expedited shipping is required then select the appropriate shipping method.
• Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
• Payment must be recieved before shipment.
• All orders are processed using a state of the art AES-256 (256 bit) high-grade encryption SSL certificate issued by GeoTrust, a leading certificate authority.

Shipping Rates:

Items shipped to the continental United States will be shipped via UPS, while those to international destinations can be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) as well. Please note that shipping rates change depending on the item(s) in your shopping cart and their respective shipping weights. After adding items in your shopping cart, feel free to view your shopping cart and use the shipping estimator tool by clicking the "estimate shipping" button on the shopping cart web page.

Duty, customs and brokerage fees for international orders are extra, if any.

Lowest Price Guarantee:

We guarantee to provide the lowest price, and in those instances we don't quite measure up we'll counter offer their in stock advertised price by offering you their price minus 25% of the difference between our price and theirs.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We are happy to receive returns or exchanges on new, unused products, and exchanges on defective products. Please refer below for qualifying returns and exchanges and instructions. Remember that all our products carry a manufacturers warranty that covers defects for at least 1 year from the date of purchase.

New products in original packaging can be returned within:

• 14 days of receipt with a 100% credit or refund.
• 15 to 30 days of receipt with a 85% credit or refund (includes a 15% restocking fee).

Defective used products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. However, do contact us after this time and we'll help broker an exchange or repairs with the manufacturer.

Instructions for returning/exchanging:

• Prior to returning, please email (returns@scuba-necessities.com) or call us (877.888.5523) for a return authorization number
• Place return authorization number on outside packaging and ship it back to us
